- Our adoption fees is $125 for dogs and $75 for 1 cat or $100 for 2 cats which includes
- Spay/neuter surgery
- Up-to-date immunizations
- Heartworm test for dogs
- An adoption application is required
- Download, fill out, and sign the PDF application electronically and e-mail as an attachment to cchstn@gmail.com or print the application and during normal business hours drop it by at:
